How requests work
What counts as a request?
One request is one well-defined piece of work: a new feature, a fix, a design change, an integration. We help you split large asks into sensible requests during your planning meeting, and small related tweaks get bundled together rather than counted separately.
How do you decide what to work on first?
We work through your requests in the order you prioritise them, and you can reorder the queue at any time.
What if I need more than my plan includes?
Move up a plan for the month, or talk to us about a custom plan. You are never billed for an overage you did not agree to first.
Do unused requests roll over?
Requests reset each month. If you consistently finish under your allowance, we will tell you to move down a plan.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one. Everything we build ships into your repository on your accounts.
Is there a long-term contract?
No lock-in. Plans are monthly.
