Hey — I'm Alex. For 17 years I've been shipping software, leading engineering teams, and architecting cloud-native systems on AWS and GCP. I've scaled engineering orgs from 7 to 55 across SaaS, e-commerce, and Web3 — most recently as Head of Engineering at Moonrail (CSGO Empire), where my team supported 3.3M monthly visitors at 99.9% uptime.
