This Privacy Policy describes how Let's Build My App, LLC ("LBMA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit letsbuildmyapp.com and our related properties (collectively, the "Sites"), interact with our chat widget, book a strategy call, submit a project inquiry, or otherwise engage with us.

By using the Sites, you agree to the practices described below. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date above.


Collection of Information


Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you give us directly. This includes:

  • Contact details — your name, email, company, and phone number when you book a call, fill out a contact form, or message us in the chat widget.
  • Project details — descriptions of your app idea, budget, timeline, and any documentation you share with us during scoping.
  • Newsletter signups — your email address if you subscribe to our updates.
  • Calendly bookings — meeting details when you schedule a strategy call via Calendly.
  • Chat conversations — messages, attachments, and contact details you share inside the Chatterbox chat widget on our site.
Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect:

  • Log data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on each page.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in to forms, remember your preferences, and measure site analytics.
  • Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Sites.
Information We Collect From Other Sources

We may receive information about you from public sources (LinkedIn, your company website) when you reach out to us, or from referral partners who introduce you to us. We use this strictly to prepare for our conversations with you.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver the development services you've engaged us for;
  • Send you project updates, contracts, invoices, and other transactional communications;
  • Send occasional marketing emails about new services or content (you can unsubscribe anytime);
  • Improve the Sites by analyzing how visitors use them;
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

LBMA is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the U.S. By using the Sites, you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S.

Sharing of Information

We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers we rely on — including Google (Analytics, Workspace), Calendly (booking), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting and chat backend), Anthropic (AI features in our chat widget), and our payroll/accounting providers. These vendors only access what they need to do their job for us.
  • If required by law — to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
  • To protect rights — if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LBMA, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.

We may also share aggregated, de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Chat Widget

The chat widget on our site is powered by Chatterbox, our own live chat product. When you send a message, your conversation, contact details, and any files you upload are stored in our Firestore database so our team (and, optionally, our AI assistant) can respond. We use this data only to handle your inquiry and improve our support. We do not share chat content with third parties except the infrastructure providers above.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated access controls, and limiting employee access to need-to-know. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.

Your Choices

Email and Marketing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email alex@letsbuildmyapp.com to opt out. We'll still send transactional messages (project updates, invoices) as long as we're working together.

Cookies

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can usually configure your browser to reject cookies, but some features of the Sites may not work properly if you do.

Analytics Opt-Out

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Access, Correction, Deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you at any time. Email alex@letsbuildmyapp.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may retain information that we are legally required to keep (for example, signed contracts and invoices).

California & Other State Residents

If you're a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia resident, you have additional rights under your state's privacy law — including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information. Children

The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
‍By accessing or using letsbuildmyapp.com (the "Site") or engaging Let's Build My App, LLC ("LBMA") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Changes to Terms
‍LBMA may update these Terms at any time. We'll update the "Last Updated" date when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Services
‍LBMA provides AI-powered custom software development services — including but not limited to design, web and mobile app development, Bubble.io builds, Bubble-to-code migrations, AI integrations, and ongoing maintenance. Specific scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables for client engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work ("SOW") or Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

4. Site Content
‍All content on the Site — text, images, code samples, portfolio pieces, blog posts, and design — is owned by LBMA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content from the Site without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

5. Submissions & Feedback
‍If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services or content, you grant LBMA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback without obligation.

6. Prohibited Activities
‍You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or LBMA systems;
  • Scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the Site or our chat widget;
  • Use the Site or our services in a way that interferes with other users or our operations.

7. Chat Widget Use
‍The chat widget on the Site is provided for legitimate inquiries about our services. You agree not to use it to send abusive, threatening, harassing, or unlawful content, or to attempt to extract sensitive system information from our AI assistant.

8. Third-Party Links
‍The Site may link to third-party websites (Calendly, GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.). LBMA does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
‍The Site and any free tools or content provided through it (including the AI Scope Tool) are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that information on the Site (including AI-generated estimates) is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability
‍To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBMA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising out of a paid engagement is governed by the applicable SOW or MSA.

11. Indemnification
‍You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LBMA from any claim arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

13. Severability
‍If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
