Sound familiar?

NO TECHNICAL COFOUNDER

Everyone says 'find a technical cofounder.' Months of networking later, you're still pitching engineers who want a salary, half the company, or both.

The cofounder search is where most non-technical founders stall

QUOTES 10X APART

One agency says your idea is a small project. Another quotes ten times as much for the same spec. With no way to compare them, every number feels like a guess.

When quotes range 10x, the scope was never really defined

OFFSHORE ROULETTE

The overseas rate looks great until the timezone lag, the endless rewrites, and the day the team goes quiet with your half-finished product.

Cheap builds are only cheap if they actually ship

NO WAY TO JUDGE QUALITY

You can't read the code, so you can't tell a clean build from a time bomb — until a real engineer looks under the hood and winces.

You shouldn't need a CS degree to hire honestly

INVESTORS ASK HARD QUESTIONS

Who owns the code? Who maintains it? What happens if your freelancer disappears? Due diligence has ended rounds over worse answers.

A repo in your name answers most of diligence for you

YOUR IDEA IS AGING

Every month spent hunting for a builder is a month competitors ship. The market doesn't wait for your hiring process to work out.

Speed to real users is the whole game at this stage

Sometimes the answer is: don't build yet.

If you can validate your idea with a landing page, a waitlist, and a spreadsheet, do that first — it's the cheapest test you'll ever run. We build MVPs for founders who are past that point: real users who need to touch a real product. On the strategy call we'll tell you which one you are, straight, for free.

What getting your MVP built actually costs

Cofounder, dev hire, or offshore team Building with us
Upfront cost Cofounder equity plus a salary — or agency quotes ranging 10x apart One fixed price, agreed in writing before we start
Time to a working product Months of searching, interviewing, and onboarding before the build even starts A production-grade MVP shipped in 4–10 weeks
Who does the work Whoever says yes — a stranger cofounder, a first hire, or a team you can't vet Senior US-based engineers who ship products like yours every week
Hosting Depends entirely on what your hire picks — you find out later Firebase or Supabase, typically $25–$100 per month
Equity A large slice of the cap table gone before you know the idea works You keep 100% — the repo is in your name from day one

Ranges reflect typical MVP builds; your free strategy call ends with a fixed quote for your actual product.

How we build it

FREE STRATEGY CALL

We dig into your idea, your users, and what version one actually needs to prove. You leave with a scoped feature list for a real MVP — not a wishlist that costs three times your budget.

If a landing page would validate it cheaper, we'll say so

FIXED QUOTE

One number and one timeline, in writing, before anything starts. No hourly meter, no surprise change orders — if we scoped it, the price covers it.

You'll never wonder what next month's invoice looks like

DESIGN + BUILD

Senior US-based engineers design and build your MVP as production-grade React + TypeScript on Supabase or Firebase — the same stack we ship every week.

A mainstream stack any future hire already knows

REVIEW ON A LIVE STAGING APP

You test the real product on a real URL from your own phone — not screenshots in a deck. Your feedback goes straight into the build until it's right.

You always know exactly where the build stands

LAUNCH + SUPPORT

We ship to production, hand you the GitHub repo, and stay on for post-launch support and iteration as real users arrive.

Your product, your code, your equity — all of it

What you get

A CODEBASE YOU OWN

A GitHub repo in your name from day one — standard React + TypeScript any engineer can pick up. When you hire a CTO, they inherit a clean codebase, not a liability.

React + TypeScript / Supabase or Firebase / Your repo, your infrastructure

A FIXED PRICE, NOT EQUITY

You know the full cost before we start, and you keep 100% of your company. No salary, no vesting negotiation, no giving up half the cap table to reach v1.

Investors like founders who kept their equity

A SENIOR US-BASED TEAM

The people on your strategy call are the people who build your product. No handoffs, no juniors learning on your MVP, no timezone roulette.

200+ products shipped by the same core team

A team of senior US engineers

Let's Build My App is a team of senior, US-based engineers who have worked together for years. No offshoring, no freelancer marketplaces, no juniors learning on your project. The same people who design your platform build it, review it, and ship it, so nothing falls through the cracks between teams who have never met.

Got a question?

We have answers.

Do I actually own the code?

Yes. The GitHub repo is in your name from day one, along with your hosting and data accounts. If we disappeared tomorrow, any React developer in the world could pick up exactly where we left off.

What happens after launch?

We stay on for post-launch support and keep iterating as real users show up. Many founders keep us as their build team through their first funding rounds; others hand off to an in-house hire — the codebase is ready for either.

How do you price an MVP?

Fixed price, quoted after the free strategy call. We scope the build together, then put one number and one timeline in writing. Most MVPs ship in 4–10 weeks, and the price never moves unless you change the scope.

Can you work with my designer?

Absolutely. If you have a designer or existing Figma files, we build to them. If you don't, our team handles design as part of the build — you won't need to hire anyone separately.

What if I raise and hire a CTO later?

That's the plan working. Your CTO inherits a clean, documented React + TypeScript codebase on mainstream infrastructure — the kind of handoff that makes their first week productive instead of a rewrite conversation.
