Field Service Management
ServiceGrid
Field operations, engineered for speed.
View source on GitHubWhy we built it
The problem
Most field-service software was built for the desktop era and ignores the technician's actual workflow — one-handed, gloved, on a roof. ServiceGrid puts dispatchers on a kanban board, technicians on a mobile-first queue with signature and photo capture, and customers on a clean shareable job-status link. No paperwork. No call-backs.
Tech stack
Built on production-grade infrastructure
No mockup tools, no proprietary lock-ins. Every layer is something a senior engineering team would pick on day one.

Dense pro-tool archetype with Inter + JetBrains Mono, indigo-violet accent on near-black, 6px max border radius, dark-mode primary, tabular numerals everywhere, ⌘K command palette. Reads like Linear or Superhuman for the trades.
