ReportFlow
Insurance claim docs, turned into structured AI reports.

The problem
Adjusters lose hours every week translating photos and scanned forms into structured claim reports. ReportFlow drops that down to minutes: Claude reads the documents, extracts claimant info / damages / totals / risk flags into a reviewable form, and the adjuster ships a branded PDF in one click.
Tech stack
Built on production-grade infrastructure
No mockup tools, no proprietary lock-ins. Every layer is something a senior engineering team would pick on day one.

Inside the build
Key features
- Multi-file upload (PDF, images, DOCX)
- Anthropic Claude AI extraction with prompt caching
- Sonnet 4.6 default; Opus 4.7 escalation for multi-document jobs
- Structured-data review form with inline edits
- PDF export via @react-pdf/renderer
- Processing history with status badges
- Three demo adjuster accounts with one-click sign-in
- Fixture fallback when no API key set so the demo never errors
Visual identity
Look and feel
Glassy/Apple-esque archetype with Inter + Inter Tight, frosted backdrop blur, violet→cyan pastel gradient mesh, rounded-3xl, soft shadows, light + dark mode with system auto-detect. Reads like a polished Apple-grade product.
