Sound familiar?

THE DEVELOPER WENT DARK

Your freelancer or agency stopped answering. The repo, the credentials, the roadmap — some of it you have, and some of it walked out the door with them.

A vanished developer is the #1 reason founders call us about a rescue

EVERY SPRINT SHIPS LESS

Your offshore team keeps invoicing, but the releases keep shrinking. Every 'two-week' fix turns into a month, and nobody can tell you why.

Slowing velocity is a codebase crying for help

NOBODY KNOWS HOW IT WORKS

The one person who understood the code is gone. What's left is a black box your business depends on — and nobody dares open it.

If nobody can explain the code, nobody can safely change it

BUDGET SPENT, NO LAUNCH

You're deep into the budget and the app is still 'almost done'. The demo works; production doesn't exist. Investors are starting to ask questions.

'90% done' has been 90% done for a year

AFRAID TO TOUCH PRODUCTION

The app is live and paying customers use it, but every deploy is a coin flip. So nothing ships, and the backlog just keeps growing.

Fear of your own codebase is a fixable problem

NO DOCS, NO TESTS, NO NET

There's no README, no test suite, no staging environment. Every change goes straight to production on a prayer — and everyone knows it.

We've untangled worse — it's most of what a rescue is

Sometimes the answer is: the code is fine.

Not every troubled project needs a rewrite — and we won't sell you one that doesn't. Sometimes the code is better than you fear and needs weeks of cleanup, not a restart. Sometimes the fastest path really is rebuilding the broken parts. You deserve that verdict from people with no incentive to inflate the job, which is why we'll tell you which one it is, straight, for free.

What staying stuck actually costs

Staying stuck A rescue
What you pay Retainers and invoices that keep landing while nothing ships A fixed-price audit, then a fixed quote for the fix — no open-ended billing
Time Every month of stall is a missed launch and a competitor shipping Stabilize what's live in the first weeks, then rebuild what's broken
Hosting Whatever the old team set up — often oversized, unmonitored, unexplained Firebase or Supabase, typically $25–$100 per month
Ownership Code and credentials scattered across people you can't reach Your repo, your accounts, your infrastructure — documented

Hosting range reflects typical small-to-mid apps; the audit gives you real numbers for your actual app and traffic.

How the rescue works

FREE RESCUE CALL

Tell us what happened — who built it, where it stands, what you can still access. We've heard every version of this story, and by the end of the call you'll know what a rescue looks like for your app and what the audit will cover.

Zero judgment. You're not the first, and it's more fixable than it feels.

CODE + INFRASTRUCTURE AUDIT

Senior engineers read the code, map the infrastructure, and inventory what actually exists versus what was invoiced. Then we tell you straight what's salvageable — with a fixed quote for the path we recommend.

A written verdict: keep it, fix it, or rebuild it — and why

STABILIZE WHAT'S LIVE

Before anything big changes, we stop the bleeding: backups, monitoring, locked-down access, and fixes to the bugs that keep you up at night. Production stops being scary.

Your users notice nothing — except things quietly start working

REBUILD WHAT'S BROKEN

We keep every part of the build that earns its place and rebuild the rest as production-grade React + TypeScript on Supabase or Firebase. Most rescues ship in weeks, not months.

Salvage what works, replace what doesn't — never a rewrite for its own sake

CLEAN HANDOFF + SUPPORT

You get the GitHub repo in your name, real documentation, tests, and every credential in your accounts — plus ongoing support so this never happens to you again.

The last handoff this project will ever need

What you get

A CODEBASE YOU OWN, WITH DOCS

A GitHub repo in your name with real documentation and tests — standard React + TypeScript that any developer in the world can pick up. Never held hostage again.

Your repo / your credentials / docs and tests included

A STRAIGHT VERDICT

A written salvage-or-rebuild call from the audit, with a fixed quote either way. If the code just needs weeks of cleanup, that's exactly what we'll tell you.

Fixed-price audit, fixed quote — no open-ended meter

A US-BASED TEAM ON YOUR SIDE

Senior US-based engineers who answer the phone, explain their work in plain English, and stay on after launch. No more time zones, no more silence.

The same people audit, build, and support — nothing lost between teams

Got a question?

We have answers.

My developer disappeared with the code. Can you still help?

Yes. In most cases we can recover access through your hosting, domain, and app store accounts — and if the code is truly gone, we rebuild from your live app, which is a faster project than starting from a blank page. Either way, the rescue call will tell you exactly where you stand.

How much does a project rescue cost?

The rescue call is free. From there you get a fixed-price code and infrastructure audit, and the audit produces a fixed quote for the fix — most rescues land in the range of a 4–10 week build. No open-ended retainers, no hourly meter running.

Will you tell me if the code isn't worth saving?

Yes — straight, either way. Sometimes the code is better than you fear and needs weeks of cleanup, not a rewrite. Sometimes a rebuild genuinely is cheaper than untangling what's there. The audit gives you that verdict in writing, with the reasoning.

Can you take over from another team without downtime?

Yes. If your app is live, our first job is stabilizing it — backups, monitoring, and fixes to the scariest bugs — before we change anything big. Your users keep using the app the whole time; the ground just stops shifting under it.

What do I need to have ready for the first call?

Whatever you've got. Access to the repo and hosting speeds things up, but plenty of founders come to us with nothing but a live URL and a paper trail. Part of the rescue is reassembling access to the things you already own.
