InspectFlow

Property inspections, made operational.

The problem

Inspectors live on clipboards and disposable cameras. By the time the report hits the leasing office, half the photos are out of context and the maintenance team is starting from scratch. InspectFlow gives the inspector a one-handed mobile checklist and turns their notes into AI-written condition reports automatically — failed items become tickets that flow to the right tech.

Built on production-grade infrastructure

No mockup tools, no proprietary lock-ins. Every layer is something a senior engineering team would pick on day one.

Key features

  • Three roles: admin, inspector, manager
  • Mobile-first walking checklist with severity grading and inline photos
  • AI condition summary via Anthropic Claude SDK with fixture fallback
  • Maintenance ticket workflow (assigned → in-progress → resolved)
  • PDF reports per inspection
  • Role-aware Firestore security rules

Look and feel

Brutalist/utilitarian archetype with JetBrains Mono (display) + IBM Plex Sans (body), black/paper background + safety-orange accent, square corners, thick borders, hard 4×4 offset shadows, dot-grid background. Construction-grade and unapologetic.
