SupportDesk
Customer support that doesn't suck for small teams.

The problem
Zendesk is overkill and over-priced for a 5-person SaaS team. Email is a black hole. SupportDesk is the right-sized middle: tickets with attachments, an agent queue with public/private notes, and dashboards that tell admins where the work actually is.
Tech stack
Built on production-grade infrastructure
No mockup tools, no proprietary lock-ins. Every layer is something a senior engineering team would pick on day one.
